For the Church, that we will be moved during this Lenten season to a fuller living of the Gospel and generous service to those in need. We pray to the Lord. For the families of St. Patrick Parish, that we will grow together by taking time to be with one another and by instilling courage, self-assurance, convictions, and confidence in each member. We pray to the Lord. For the candidates who are preparing for reception into the church, that they will come to a deeper appreciation of their baptism during this Lenten season and find healing in their celebration of the Sacrament of Reconciliation. We pray to the Lord. For all who are recovering from winter storms, that God will protect them from harm, restore their utilities, and make available the resources that they need. We pray to the Lord. For the renewal of our country, that God will heal those wounded by prejudice and injustice and show us ways to dismantle racist structures and practices. We pray to the Lord. For all who suffer in body, mind, or spirit, especially Jacqueline and Addison Erb, Mary Ryan, Janet Stiles, Maureen Spittlehouse, Ingrid Kelly, Janet Wheelan, all who are afflicted by the coronavirus, and all who are remembered in our parish bulletin, that God will relieve their suffering and guide all who are caring for them. We pray to the Lord. For all of our family members, friends, and parishioners who have died, especially Nancy I. McCabe and the victims of the coronavirus, and for 5:00 pm Robert Almgren, and Karen Mirando, 7:30 am Stephen Hopkins, 10:00 am John Meeks, Sr., Anna Genn, and Charles Butler, 5:00 pm Barbara Entwistle, whom we remember at this Mass, that Christ will welcome them into eternal life and give peace to all who grieve their death. Today’s second collection is for the building/grounds of the parish ========================================== Announcements: February 27/28, 2021 Announcements at end of mass: 1: The Covid-19 Stations of the Cross are available on our website; you may pray the stations with members of our pastoral staff through prayer, reflection and song. 2: The Sacrament of Penance is available Monday evenings throughout Lent from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. in the church. This Monday Fr. Artur will be hearing the confessions. 3: Next weekend Fr. Dan Murphy and Dr. Linda Baratte will be with us at all masses to preview our parish mission, which begins next Sunday evening, March 7 at 7:00 p.m. Announcement on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. and Sunday at 10:00 a.m. 1: Communion is available at the entranceway to the parish center in the parking lot between 11:00 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. every Sunday morning.
