Mom Charged After Her 6-Year-Old Boy Beat 13-Day-Old Sister To Death

Police say a 13-day-old infant was tossed like a ragdoll, pummeled and beaten to death by her 6-year-old brother while sitting in a locked parked van alone. Their mother, 62-year-old Kathleen Steele was arrested and charged for the horrific crime who police say was running an errand at the time for more than 30 minutes. Investigators say two of her three kids including the newborn were conceived through artificial insemination from her deceased husband's frozen sperm. #InsideEdition
