US Defense Sec. Esper details plan to pull troops from Germany | DW News

The United States will withdraw nearly twelve thousand troops from Germany. Defense Secretary Mark Esper announced the move as part of a redeployment of forces in Europe he said was aimed at strengthening NATO.
