Drain grease off hamburger. Cook macaroni in salted water til done. Combine meat mixture, Mac, & pork and beans. Put in greased casserole dish. Mix tomato soup and water together and pour over the top. Bake at 350 about 30 mins. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Serve. (I usually add the cheese 5-10 minutes before I pull it from the oven.)
