National Police Service dismisses claims quorum hitch claims

The National Police Service has dismissed reports that operations of the national police service commission have stalled due to failure of Inspector General and his deputies to attend commission’s sittings. Police spokesman Charles Owino says he is not aware of quorum hitch affecting the police service commission. Owino however admits the schedule of the inspector general of police and his deputies have been tight since the visits of US President Barrack Obama and Pope Francis last year.By Kevin Wachira.
