Timeshares are great until they aren’t

Some people live timeshares and other says they are a rip off. I loved my timeshare when I first got. I visited it, traded, and banked. They one day I received an improvement assessment. Not the yearly maintenance but a special assessment. It totaled more than $4, 000 broken down into 2 parts. I did my benefit cost analysis.
