Mnuchin says US will hold trade talks in China

US Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin says an American delegation will hold trade talks with Chinese officials in China on Thursday and Friday. Discussions will cover trade imbalances, intellectual property rights, joint technology and joint ventures. Mnuchin said he is optimistic about the talks. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lu Kang said last week that China welcomes Mnuchin's expected visit.
