Her inspiration is Whitney Houston - can Putri Ariani pull off "I will always love you" her style?

When I first reacted to Putri Ariani (my first time ever seeing her), I noted that she did some things that reminded me of Whitney Houston. Her fans were quick to comment that Whitney is a big inspiration to Putri, and that I should check out the performance of "I will always love you". Now of course, this is a stunning Dolly Parton original song, but many people sing it in the famous and beloved style of Whitney Houston, and that's what Putri Ariani does in this performance too. And I'm here to watch it for the first time and give my analysis of what I hear.
