Solo NMBDR May 2021

I attempted the NMBDR solo in May 2021, my first BDR. I chose a North to South route, and planned on riding only to Truth or Consequences, or about the Northern 2/3 of the route. Being solo, I wanted to ride conservatively and planned to take any of the easy bypasses around the most difficult portions of the trail. The Plan: Day 1 - Antonito to Cuba Day 2 - Cuba to Grants Day 3 - Grants to Reserve Day 4 - Reserve to Socorro The mud kicked my butt on Day 1, forcing me to make adjustments "on the fly" to the route.
