Haridwar Unseen. My very first video on youtube. This video depicts the unseen street life of Haridwar at night. A #Haridwar #TravelVideo shot on Sony A7iii with the kit lens, inspired by the style of master filmmakers like Leonardo Dalessandri, Brandon Li and others. Haridwar is an ancient city and important Hindu pilgrimage site in North India's Uttarakhand state, where the River Ganges exits the Himalayan foothills. The largest of several sacred ghats (bathing steps), Har Ki Pauri hosts a nightly Ganga Aarti (river-worshipping ceremony) in which tiny flickering lamps are floated off the steps. Worshipers fill the city during major festivals including the annual Kanwar Mela. I have recently been to Haridwar for a family vacation and decided to film it. Royalty free music: Indian Flavour Shot on: Sony A7iii with 28-70 Kit lens After binge-watching photography and filmmaking tutorials for 9 years, I have finally decided to through my bag over the fence and publish my first video. Even though this video is nowhere near good, still I feel satisfied to take this leap forward and publish the video.
