Hi Friends!👋🏻 By this point, I'm sure many of you have seen or tried the Starbucks Sous Vide Bites (Egg Bites). I, myself, have never tried them, but I have always liked the idea of a protein packed breakfast/lunch to go! With that being said, I stumbled across a "copycat" recipe for these egg bites using the Instant Pot (link to original site listed below). In this video, I finally give this recipe a whirl and I was NOT disappointed! They are very light, protein packed, customizable, and low in smart points!!
