James spent 5 days with us making a 8'2 Pieces of Eight, first creating a hollow blank and then shaping to the desired surfboard shape using Japanese saws, rasps and planes, all with his own two hands. All of our sustainable, hollow wooden surfboards are made using wood from local, regenerative woodlands and are intended for a lifetime of waves.
