How to Set Out of Office in Outlook

To set an out of office message in Outlook 365, you need to enable automatic replies. This can be done both on the Outlook desktop app and the web version by accessing the settings, turning on automatic replies, customizing your message, and optionally setting the start and end time for the auto-response. You can also configure it to send different replies to people inside and outside your organization and choose to block your calendar or decline meetings automatically during your absence. Here are the general steps to set it on Outlook desktop or web: Open Outlook and click on the settings gear icon (top right). Select "Automatic Replies" or "Out of Office" settings. Turn on automatic replies and compose your message. Set the start and end time if you want the replies to be sent during a specific period.
