Sakupen Circles by TDiamond, but only the layout! This is a new feature of Absolute's MegaHack v7 Pro, that turns any Geometry Dash level into nothing more than a layout, no decoration. Obviously, hacks were used to make this video, specifically Speedhack and noclip. I recorded this in practice mode, so I gained no stats from this.
