Impossible Nail Trick (Fail?)

This is my attempt at the impossible nail trick. It didnt turn out the best but I did have a blast and learned a lot for next time. I saw this done over on Wood Working for Mere Mortals and thought it was cool but after seeing DeLand Woodworks make it I knew I had to give it a try.
