Throw Assassin - The Sleep (Atanna Khan / Nymyr's Light) - Median XL 2.5

So this character has been a pretty weird journey. In a lot of ways it is one of the worst and most frustratingly bad chars I've ever made/played? In other ways it's one of the stupidest/strongest? And it seems to be getting stronger moreso as I level? For instance, I can just stand still and eat everything The Sleep throws at me, lul.
