This is a 100% NG+ run of God of War 3 Remastered. I hope guys enjoy the walkthrough. Please note, your health and magic meters get depleted and brought back to Level 1 once you fall into the River Styx, even in NG+ mode. Your item meter (arrows) also goes back down to Level 1 once you meet with Peirithous. With regards to weapons, Athena takes your Blades of Athena after they have been destroyed when Kratos falls into the River Styx and gives you the Blades of Exile. The upgraded Blades of Exile stats are not carried over into NG+ mode. So you have to build your Blades of Exile from Level 1 despite all the other weapons maintaining their max stats. So to summarize, your health and magic meters go back to Level 1 even in NG+ mode once you fall into River Styx. And your blades reset to Level 1. This is actually a good thing IMO and provides some balance as you go through the NG+ mode. It forces you to collect Gorgon Eyes, Phoenix Feathers and Minotaur Horns to build back up again. There is also damage scaling in NG+ to maintain balance. So you won't be able to 1 shot bosses or steamroll enemies. IMPORTANT: For newcomers who may not be aware, there is no official New Game+ mode by default in God of War 3. You need to unlock it via a glitch in the combat arena (very simple to execute). The reason for no NG+ is because of how the game is designed. Having all weapons at the start of the game would literally be a game breaker and disrupt the sequence of the game's flow. For example, if there was an official NG+ mode, you could use Hercules Nemean Cestus to break the crystals by The Three Judges to gain access to the underworld and it wouldn't be necessary to proceed forward in the game. So it is important to note that doing things out of order will most likely break the game and/or cause it to crash. So DO NOT break the chains of the underworld early on. This is why you will see me still respecting the original game direction despite having all the weapons and magic unlocked. Note: Chip damage was taken during the Poseidon boss fight (not an actual hit). I didn't even realize it until AFTER I completed the entire run and uploaded it to YouTube. I will redo the Poseidon fight [with no damage] when time permits. However, this walkthrough will remain on the channel because I still think it is solid otherwise and no damage was taken elsewhere in the walkthrough - virtually a no damage run (minus the chip during the Poseidon fight).
