GCN (N64) Gameplay of The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. NOTE: I'm using the emulated GameCube Version of Majora's Mask from the Collector's Edition Disc. "The series again takes a dramatic turn from tradition as Link wanders into a three-day journey in a mysterious parallel world. Majora's Mask challenges players to don magical masks and save a town threatened to be crushed under a menacing moon." --The Legend of Zelda: Collector's Edition, Game Info Majora's Mask is definitely a Zelda of a different color; being said, Majora's Mask is my personal favorite installment of the series, due to its darker tone, the three-day cycle and its unforgettable emotional moments; both heart-warming and tragic. We see Link solving the puzzles within the temple. After Link manages to solve most of them, he encounters a Garo Master and engages battle. After slaying the Garo Master, it reveals its wisdom about the blood-stained insignia near the main entrance of the temple -if shined with the arrow of light, it will rearrange things. Link acquires the Light Arrow and soars back to the entrance, doing what he was told. By doing so, it inverted the whole Stone Tower, revealing even more puzzles for Link to solve.
