Hoobae (후배) = Junior (in terms of experience and, sometimes, age) NOTE: I am using 'hoobae' and not 'dongsaeng' because there is no other general Korean term to refer to the older people in a group, the 'sunbaes'; the terms 'hyung', 'oppa', 'unnie' and 'noona' do not seem appropriate here since they seem to refer to specific people rather than an overview. And since I do not know what the opposite of 'dongsaeng' (the word used to describe younger people in general) is, I will avoid its use to describe the younger members because otherwise it will sound out of place.
