The Tropics are bringing flooding rains to parts of the Caribbean Islands as a stubborn drawn out tropical wave brings a conveyor belt of tropical moisture. Meanwhile, Canadian wildfires combined with a stubborn prevailing weather pattern is bringing toxic air quality and smoke filled air to the Northeast, which could last for days. And a severe weather outbreak may be brewing for the Southern Plains this weekend.
