MAJOR Playstation 5 Issue - Your PS5 Wasn't Turned Off Properly

I don't know if I just got a defective Playstation 5 console, but my PS5 will continually tell me that "Your PS5 Wasn't Turned Off Properly". I've had this happen over 15 times since purchase. On my Playstation 4, it only happened when my power actually went out in my entire house. Does anyone else have this issue?
