MISSION STATEMENT! A military force is en route to decimate a small rebel outpost, providing an opening to gather intelligence from another village at the cost of many lives. Sabal asks Ajay to reinforce the Golden Path members at the outpost the military is about to attack, which will save many lives. However, the opportunity to collect valuable intelligence from the neighboring campsite will be lost. Completing this mission for Sabal will increase his trust in you, and help solidify him as the leader of the Golden Path. Head to the Alpha camp. The Golden Path camp will be crawling with Hunters, who have arrows and flame arrows. You’ll need to find the bodies strewn about the camp and search them for intel. The first body is in the left temple entrance. The second is on the upper level of the temple, near the ammo crates. As you head up to the stairs, there are hunters on the far right and far left, by the torches. Take them out as their fire arrows will be a nuisance. The third and final body will be off to the North of the camp, away from the temple area itself. You’ll find it in the deep water hole next to the trees on fire. After you collect the intel, head to the next camp. The second camp is also teeming with Hunters. Your goal here is to simply take them out. Heading inside the building will give you an advantage as you won’t have to watch your back. Here, you’ll run into a few more melee-focused hunters with knives, and even a “tamed” beast or two that will attack you. STORY! The story was inspired by the ten-year-long Maoist insurgency in Nepal. The game follows Ajay Ghale, a young Kyrati-American who returns to his native country of Kyrat (a fictional Himalayan country derived from the Kirat ethnicities of Nepal and northern India) to spread his deceased mother's ashes.
