Ten days later, on August 29, 2020, Kline would be charged with 30 counts that included child exploitation, possession of child pornography and obstruction of justice. Interest in Kegan Kline began when police uncovered his fake Instagram and Snapchat accounts where he trolled young adults and children under the guise of "anthony_shots," a handsome, charming model who had teens and pre-teens swooning. Kline used his perfected guise to solicit nudes from these young girls. It is said the anthony_shots profile had communication with Libby German shortly before her lifeless body was found, alongside her friend Abigail Williams, on Valentine's Day, February 14, 2017, near the Monon High Bridge in Delphi, Indiana. To this day, Abby and Libby's murder/s have not been named or charged. It is an on-going investigation that begs to be solved.
