While exploring the docks, Lee spots a mysterious figure, different to the shadow, climbing down from a bell tower... With not a boat to be seen, Kenny asks Lee to check the dock for any sign of one. While doing so, Lee spots a hideous barricade made from not only dead walkers, but walkers kept alive, stuck to metal spikes, serving as a warning. What sort of person would do such a thing? Later, when searching to horizon, Lee spots a figure dressed in red climbing down from a building/ Is this the figure on the radio?
