Gigantes Beans - Greek Beans - Vegan V2

So many different ways to make these. But this is my favourite method. On the stove top low and slow. But you can prepare this the same way and cook it in the oven at 170c fan, covered for 1 hour. You can then decide if you want to uncover and cook for a bit longer. The other option is cook everything except the beans on a high heat until the sauce is ready, then add the beans and simmer for 30 mins on a low heat.
