This Is The WORST Item In Elden Ring I found it, after all these years I have finally found it: The WORST Item In Elden Ring. For the past week I have been trying to beat the game using the ancestral infant head. I made it to Radagon and Elden Beast but oh my god the ancestral infant head is horrible for fighting them. Its slow casting speed, mid damage, horrendous range, and poor AOE duration makes it one of the worst items Fromsoft has ever made. This truly is the WORST item in Elden Ring that is meant to do damage (so not counting ruin fragments since they're meant for crafting).
