Are we living in the end times? Moments that Matter, Christian Questions

The Bible tells us we live in the “End Times”. Many say that Bible prophecy is symbolic, nebulous and therefore unreliable. To a degree, their skepticism is justified. In a recent podcast we affirmed that Bible prophecy IS sound. How? By examining prophecies that are able to be understood and affirmed because the facts of our day unequivocally support them. The End Times is a time of significant change. In the Daniel 12 prophecy about this period, it states that humanity will be “running to and fro and knowledge will be increased”. These ideas can be perceived as over-generalized conjecture, until we look at the facts. In his book “Critical Path” Buckminster Fuller coined the phrase “Knowledge Doubling Curve”. He reported that worldwide knowledge was thought to have doubled once every century until 1900. By the end of WWII, it was thought to double every 25 years and now it doubles every 13 months! It is an irrefutable fact that we live in a unique time of increasing knowledge never before experienced!
