I Tried Wim Hof's Morning Routine For 7 Days | EXTREME COLD EXPOSURE & BREATHWORK I will be following Wim Hof’s daily morning routine for the next week and the results were crazy... If you don’t know already, Wim Hoff is an incredible human being from the Netherlands. He’s known for his ability to withstand cold temperatures and for his unique breathing techniques. Wim really drives home the question, are we capable of more? I’ve experimented with his breathing technique over the years, but this is taking it to another level by adding cold water immersion also known as cold water therapy. Each day I’m going to start with Wim Hof’s breathwork, which consists of 30 deep breaths in, followed by a breath hold (typically as long as you can go) followed by a large inhale held for 15 seconds.
