Rinse Pork Belly and put it on foiled pan 3. Pat dry and poke skin with fork 4. Cover airtight with foil 5. Put inside oven and set timer to 3 hours. 6. Remove from oven after 3 hours, should be so tender. 7. Pre-heat air fryer to highest setting- mine is 400. 8. Put the belly in the air fryer and set timer to 40 mins.
