Genesis 1:14 – Then God said, let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let they be for signs and seasons, days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light to the earth; and it was so. Notice that God didn’t create the signs and seasons only for His promise to Abram to make of him a great nation and bless those who bless this great nation and curse those who curse this great nation. (Gen. 12:2-3) Typically, for the Jews, lunar eclipses (blood moons) are God’s signs, warnings and have occurred on the holy Jewish feast days according to Exodus 34, Leviticus 23 and Deut. 26. Typically, regarding the Gentiles, solar eclipses (moon between the sun and the earth) are God’s signs for the Gentiles, non-Jews. I believe that God wants both the Jews and Gentiles to observe all of the signs in the heavens to stay informed of things that have been prophesied that are coming, both good and bad, such as God’s judgements. The saved Gentiles, wild olive tree, non-Jews have been grafted “by God” in among the branches, the Jews. (Romans 11:11-31) There are two solar eclipses in 2024. The great American eclipse on April 8 2024 traveled from east to west across America. The second eclipse will be on October 2nd which is the Jewish New Year Feast beginning on the eve of Rosh Hannah, also known as the Feast of Trumpets. The best place to view this solar eclipse is Easter Island, an Island located in Chile in the S.E. Pacific Ocean and on the southeastern most point of the Polynesian triangle in Oceania. The population of Easter Island is 7,750 (2017). Is it a coincidence that this best view point is name of the day that Christians celebrate Jesus’ Resurrection on Easter? Preparation for the battle of Armageddon The battle of Armageddon is drawing near. A few years ago, ISIS tried to dam up the Euphrates. This is prophesied in Rev. 16:12 and will allow ‘the Kings of the East’ to cross into Israel. Article from Discover Magazine: Is the Euphrates Drying Up? Yes, the Euphrates River is drying up due to a complex set of factors. The Ataturk Dam, located in Turkey, is one of 22 dams along the river that were built in the 1980s and 90s to provide irrigation and hydroelectric power. As a result, less of the river drains downstream. Additionally, global climate change has led to drought with decreased rainfall into the river basin. Warmer temperatures have also led to increased evaporation especially as water levels continue to drop. These heifers must be unblemished, never before yoked animal that was slaughtered and burned to restore ritual purity to those who had become unclean through contact with the dead. The ceremony involves burning the heifers on a white altar in a location overlooking the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem. The ashes from the heifers will be mixed with herbs and water from Jerusalem's Gihon Spring to create a purifying mix that can last for hundreds of years.
