Paneer Pasanda | Restaurant Style Paneer Pasanda | पनीर पसंदा रेसिपी | Paneer RecipePaneer Pasanda is very exotic dish made with fried paneer pieces stuffed with dry fruits and then served in an aromatic rich creamy gravy. Paneer Pasanda can be enjoyed with naan or pulao. Ingredients To make stuffed paneer sandwich: • 200 g Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)/ पनीर • 2 tbsp Paneer grated/ घासा हुआ पनीर • 1 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped/धनिया पत्ती • 1 tsp Raisins/ किशमिश • 1 tsp Cashew nuts chopped/काजू • Salt to taste/नमक • 2 tbsp Corn flour mixed with 2 tbsp of water to make slurry/कॉर्न फ़्लोर • Oil to shallow fry the paneer sandwich/ तेल To make paneer pasanda gravy: • 2 Tomatoes medium sized,Paste/टमाटर पेस्ट • 1 tsp Ginger paste/अदरक पेस्ट • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder/जीरा पाउडर • 1/4 cup onion पेस्ट /प्याज पेस्ट • 10 Cashew nuts paste/काजू पेस्ट • 1 inch Cinnamon stick/दाल चीनी • 1 Green cardamom/हरी इलाईची • 1 black cardamom/बड़ी इलाईची • 1 bay leave/तेज पत्ता • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder/कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च • 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder/हल्दी पाउडर • 2 tsp Coriander powder/धनिया पाउडर • 1 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves /कसूरी मेथी • 1/8 tsp Garam masala powder/गरम मसाला • 1/4 cup Cream/क्रीम • Salt to taste/नमक • Green Coriander for garnishing/हरी धनिया Thanks for watching😊😊 stay tuned with us for more video's.
