INGREDIENTS- Paneer 250 gm Onion Paste - 1 cup Tomato Puree - 1.5 cup Cream - 1/2 cup Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Salt as per taste Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1 tsp Coriander 1 tsp Paneer - 1/2 cup Boiled Potato - 3 Onion - 1/2 cup Green Chutney - 2 tbsp Corn Flour - 2 tbsp Oil For Frying Coriander Leaves handful Steps- 1. First of all, make a stuffing by mashing boiled potato, paneer and onion. Add salt and red chilli powder to it. 2.Heat oil in a pan. Meanwhile make a cornflour slurry. 3.Take a paneer slice apply coriander chutney, put prepared stuffing and cover it up with other paner layer. 4. Cut paneer sanwich into triangles. 5. Dip sandwich of paneer in cornflour and fry or shallow fry them. 6. Now take ghee in a pan for making curry, add asafoetida and cumin seeds and let it splutter. 7. Add onion, ginger,garlic paste and saute until brown in color. 8. Now add tomato puree and cook it. Meanwhile, in fresh cream add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder and haldi powder and mix well. 9. After tomato, add prepared freah cream and cook until curry leaves ghee on sides. 10. Add water if required and our curry is ready. 11. Now put prepared paneer sandwich add curry over it and garnish with coriander leaves. 12.
