The State of Vietnam Airborne honors the history of the Nguyen Dynasty and to promote it’s honorable future, which is non-political and adheres to the Constitution of the United States of America. • 2. To honor our airborne history by facilitating the operation of an Airborne Jump School to award the Vietnamese Parachutist Badge to U.S. Military, U.S. State Guard/Reserves, U.S. civilians, NATO & Allies of the U.S. Government. • 3. Provide Recondo (RECONnaissance and commanDO) humanitarian training to help the USA and world citizens in emergencies and disaster response. • 4. To promote Recondo humanitarian outreach assistance (Hospitals/Orphanages/Elders/Refugees/Schools) to the people in Vietnam. • 5.
