KH3RM - Dark Inferno χ No Damage (No New Abilities, LV1CM/All PRO Codes)

KH3RM - Dark Inferno χ No Damage (No New Abilities, LV1CM/All PRO Codes)

Alright, it's Re:Mind time. First things first, I'll be using JP voices for the Re:Mind scenario, while Limit Cut will be done with English voices. If a fight is unchanged between the base game and the Re:Mind scenario with All PRO Codes (Marluxia/Larxene, 3X, and Replica Xehanorts in Scala), I won't be reuploading them. I'll be uploading every fight that has an alternate character with said character; all phases will be included in those videos for completeness. Lastly, a clarification on what 'No New Abilities' means in the thumbnail and title. With Patch 1.07 on console (and by default on the PC version), six new Action abilities were given to Sora that are available by one of two methods: either beat the game, or do a NG+ playthrough (which lets you use them from the start of the game). These abilities are Quick Slash, Flash Step, Radial Blaster, Aerial Sweep, Aerial Dive, and Last Charge. Since the base game portion of this playlist was done on a New Game file, I didn't have access to these abilities; I'm simply continuing that restriction into the Re:Mind DLC. Most of these abilities are very interesting in their own right (I enjoy using a lot of them), and in restricting them I'm not trying to get people to drop them or consider them OP or anything like that. Instead, my goal is to show how capable Sora's base moveset is even without these abilities, since the opposite narrative has been deeply entrenched in the community ever since Re:Mind released: that Sora sucks without them. Hopefully, all these videos go to prove that notion wrong. -CHARACTER SETUP- Keyblade: Ultima Weapon (+10) Accessories: Orichalcum Ring, Orichalcum Ring, Orichalcum Ring Cuisine: Caprese Salad+, Cold Tomato Soup+, Sea Bass Poêlé+, Stuffed Quail+, Tarte Aux Fruits+ (Full Course Bonus: Hearty Meal) Counter Slash and Kick are both viable here, it mostly comes down to personal preference. Sonic Slash is great as usual, although it really depends on how many of the side-swipes Dark Inferno χ comes at you with. -FIGHT STRATEGY- Haha, you thought. I'll go a lot more in-depth once I get to the main Dark Inferno video. The main thing to know is that Dark Inferno χ is that it's just like the main fight except limited to the first phase. Therefore, all of the attacks, patterns, and the ways to loop him are the same between the two. If you're curious about the loop, look at 1:10 for how to do it. You must delay the Air Slide to see what direction DIχ is going, then immediately go in. If you miss it (like I did at 0:58), be prepared for any attack, including an extremely fast side-swipe.
