It's so easy! Put the beans in the top (and the water), push start and it does the rest! It will grind it and brew it immediately so it is the freshest cup. I use this more often than my previous coffee maker because it has the option for 1-4 cups and actually does a good job with it. Previously, if I needed fewer than 5 cups, I would use a Keurig, but it doesn't make the coffee as good so I just stopped making coffee in those situations. Now I can make a REALLY good cup of coffee, even if I only need a couple cups! Cleanup is pretty easy. Just make sure to clean the grounds out of the different pieces (filter, filter top, grinder and grinder lid) and you're good to go! I highly recommend using the gold filter included (rather than paper filters) because it allows the coffee flavor to come through more thoroughly.
