Why should you look at learning as a process? It's more sustainable in the long-run. Whenever you set yourself objectives, your motivation drops after you've reached them - it's a natural process. Looking at learning as a process helps you to maintain your motivation over longer periods of time and makes learning more enjoyable, because there is no pressure involved.
