Zafrani Mutton Korma is a variety of Shawarma mainly found in Mughal cuisine. The food Shawarma is originally an Ottoman-Turkish food which is brought in India by Travellers and invaders. Gradually this dish was discovered in a whole new perspective by the Mughal emperors which variety is shown in our today's presentation. The Mughals had given it a whole new texture and taste, that is why the Mutton Korma is different from the authentic Ottoman-Turkish Shawarma.
