Switch. It is the first Switch Palace that Mario and Luigi find, as the palace is not hidden. It is on top of Kappa Mountain in the northwest of Yoshi's Island, and is accessed by completing Yoshi's Island 1. The entire level contains no enemies or power-ups (and is the only Switch Palace to do so), and cannot be replayed after it has been completed. Green Switch: The Green Switch Palace is a small palace found on the west side of the Donut Plains, which is unlocked by finding the secret exit in Donut Plains 2 in the game Super Mario World. Unlike the Yellow Switch Palace, this palace has enemies. This level cannot be replayed after it has been completed Red Switch: The Red Switch Palace is the third switch palace Mario or Luigi can encounter in Super Mario World and its remakes. It is found in Vanilla Dome and unlocked by finding the secret exit of Vanilla Dome 2; coding inside Super Mario World indicated that the Red Switch Palace would actually have been encountered much later (in fact, nearing the end of the game at Valley of Bowser). This level cannot be replayed after it has been completed. Blue Switch: The Blue Switch Palace is the last of the four Switch Palaces in Super Mario World. It is found in the Forest of Illusion behind the water level, Forest of Illusion 2, the level it is unlocked in.
