Larry Millete to answer to first-degree murder charge in death of his wife Maya

For the first time since being arrested for the murder of his wife Maya, Chula Vista resident Larry Millete is scheduled to face a judge Thursday afternoon. This arraignment comes after a barrage of evidence has been unsealed, portraying Larry Millete as an vindictive, sometimes violent husband desperate to stop his wife from divorcing him. Larry Millete will have his first opportunity to answer to the first-degree murder charge, as well as the weapons possession charge he faces in a South Bay courthouse Thursday at 1:30pm.
