Clark County Fire Station 61 Opens on Valley's East Side, Complete with COVID-19 Vaccines

Clark County Commissioner William McCurdy II cut the ribbon held by Clark County Fire Chief John Steinbeck to signify the opening of Fire Station 61 near Nellis and Charleston Boulevards. The new station replaces an old station that stood at the same location. Station 61 marks the 30th full-time station serving Clark County residents. The grand opening included COVID-19 vaccinations on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you or someone you know is in need of a COVID-19 vaccination, you may visit the Southern Nevada Health District Website to schedule an appointment.
