Defense team in Atlanta spa shooter case wants death penalty off the table

Fulton County prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for the murders of four Asian women at two spas in Atlanta in March 2021. Attorneys for the suspect in the case, Robert Long, filed motions that will be reviewed, beginning in October.
