Vijay Bahuguna to resign

Uttarakhand chief minister Vijay Bahuguna is likely to submit his resignation to the governor today and a suitable replacement will be announced by today evening. The Congress party has asked him to resign as he does not have enough supporters in his state unit and for his inept handling of rehabilition of the people in bhis state, during the 2013 floods.
