Naurangilal comes out of jail. After sleeping on the streets, he goes for a haircut and the barber makes him bald. He then encounters a lawyer who calls him baldy – and so Naurangi drags him to court. After the hearing in court, he requests the reporter to go out on a dinner date. There he finds that the reporter seems to be very interested in him – much to his bewilderment – and then finally he wakes up from his day dreaming...!!
