Hi guys, In this video I share with you a quick, easy and healthy tuna and chickpeas salad. Packed with fibre, protein and good carbs, it's a nutritious meal that can be made in no time. You can make this salad in advance and store it in the fridge. Ingredients 1/2 cucumber 1 lemon (juiced) 1 tin of chickpeas 1 tin of tuna chunks (in spring water) Optional: Thai sweet chilli sauce, italian herb seasoning.
