Based on story by : Frances Doel. Rock & Mia Farrow were attended to the film' s World Premiere which was held on 6/26/78 in Denver, Colorado where the film was entirely shot. The attendance was so heavily that the overflow crowd had to be shifted to a second theatre. Co-star Robert Forster replaced William Holden.
