According to police, it happened at approximately 1 am Wednesday northbound on the cross bronx expressway, southern blvd on the cross. That is when multiple vehicles including a tractor trailer collided. Some were injured and transported to an area hospital. One driver was sobriety tested by police and given a thumbs up.
