This is the pan bread I often make when I don't have yeast during the lockdown Ingredients: all-purpose flour 300g salt 3g boiling water 150ml egg 1 crushed red pepper 1tsp parsley 10g olive oil 15ml flour 1tbsp olive oil 1tbsp salt black pepper Recipe: 300g All purpose flour 3g salt Mix well 150ml boiling water Mix well 1 egg 1 tsp crushed red pepper 10g chopped parsley or green onion Mix well 15ml olive oil Knead the dough Move the dough to a working surface Shape the dough into a log shape Cut and divide the dough into 8 parts Brush vegetable oil in a baking pan Take a piece of dough and shape it into a ball Place the dough in the baking dish Repeat with the rest of the dough Brush oil on the dough Cover and rest for 30-60 minutes 1tbsp flour 1tbsp olive oil or melted butter A pinch of salt Mix well After resting the dough Poke a hole in the dough with your finger Put a bit of oil on a kneading board Take a piece of dough Flatten the dough Use a rolling pin to flatten the dough more The diameter is about 15cm Brush the oil mixture on the dough Cut the dough from the edge to the center Roll up the dough Pinch the ends Tuck in the top like this Pinch the sides together Flatten the dough with your palm like this Repeat with the rest of the dough Cover and rest for 15 minutes After 15 minutes Take a piece of dough Flatten the dough with a rolling pin The diameter is about 18 cm Medium heat Olive oil or another oil (or butter) Place the dough into the pan Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat Olive oil (optional) Flip over and fry for about 1-2 minutes Repeat These pancakes are so delicious!
