🧀 Hyderabadi Paneer (Restaurant Style) Paneer – 250 g (cubes) Onions – 2 (thin sliced) Tomatoes – 2 (paste) Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp Green chillies – 2 (slit) Curd – ½ cup (fresh & thick) Cashew paste – 2 tbsp Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Turmeric powder – ½ tsp Coriander powder – 1 tsp Garam masala – ½ tsp Hyderabadi biryani masala – 1 tsp (optional but best) Fresh coriander & mint – chopped Oil + ghee – 3 tbsp Salt – as per taste 👩‍🍳 Method. Heat oil + ghee in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste & green chillies, sauté till raw smell goes. Add tomato paste, cook till oil separates. Lower flame, add curd slowly and mix well. Add all dry spices + cashew paste, cook till gravy becomes thick. Add paneer cubes, little water, cover & cook 5 minutes.
