First day of Meteorological Spring with a report candle!

I provided a link so folks know the difference, the NWS uses today as the start of spring because each year the actual spring equinox changes, the date is different and the exact time is different, so its much easier to use the 1st day of March as the start of spring, same goes for all the other seasons...
