Sunderland finished August with a deserved win over Wycombe Wanderers at a sunny Stadium of Light thanks to a screamer from Elliot Embleton & a brace from Ross Stewart. Attention now turns to the end of the transfer window with a few days remaining to get more deals done but we enter the two week break top of the league!
